The actual search engine optimization process of researching the keywords, approving the text, developing the tags, and designing a link strategy take approximately one month. Implementing that link strategy could take years. Depending on if the changes are to an existing site or if the site is brand new, the general time frame to start seeing effective results is approximately six months. EML stays with you during this time to monitor the results and make changes where necessary. The important issue to remember is that the optimization process is not instantaneous, but EML will be there to help your site succeed.

No search engine optimization company can guarantee number one positions in the generic search rankings. Some key phrases are extremely competitive. If you run across a company that guarantees a number one ranking, we suggest that you shy away from them. We will however, guarantee that if you have an existing site, we will increase your rankings in the selected engines, or we will RETURN 100% OF YOUR MONEY, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Before we start the optimization process, we measure your rankings on the various search engines. After six months, we conduct a final ranking so that you can see for yourself how your site has risen on the engines. If your site has not increased in the rankings, we will return your investment. We, at EML, believe that this is a solid guarantee, and the kind of piece of mind that the small business person needs for their advertising dollar.

Before the search engine optimization process starts, EML will
evaluate your existing or proposed site and decide if our services will improve
your rankings. Some keywords are extremely competitive, and are very
difficult to increase in the rankings beyond a certain point. Although it
is possible to increase the rankings using ultra advanced methods, those methods
are expensive and time consuming. Even though we could implement those
processes, it generally falls outside our target market. We will always be
happy to discuss these methods with you, and let you decide if you wish to
proceed, but the service falls outside our normal optimization process.
One additional note . . . EML does not pass judgment on any site, and is a
strong advocate of the freedom of the Internet. That being said, we prefer
not to provide optimization services to pornographic or hate generating sites.
Once again, we will recommend some optimizers who will be happy to provide those
services.

Before the process begins, you know exactly how much the service will cost, what services we will be providing, a written copy of our agreement, and our guarantee. The costs of our services are fixed, additional fees for submission to directories and link building sites are in addition to the product cost.

For our Premium Optimization Package, EML normally requires one-half of the total payment at the beginning of the work, and the remainder of the payments over six periods to match the conclusion of the optimization process (usually six months later). If you purchase one of our individual services, we require a 50% deposit, and the remainder upon completion of the work. We have in the past worked out interest-free payment plans for our customers. We realize that small business owners usually appreciate the convenience of having options, and as always we are here to help.

Although we have built websites in the past, we normally do not actually build the site. We have found over time that there are many excellent Webmasters out there, but Search Engine Optimization is so important and the industry changes so fast, that we concentrate on optimization as our sole business.
